01The Nature of This Program
The Multiplier Effect is the Seeds of Success Community Ambassador Program, our word of mouth affiliate program. It rewards participation, not recruitment: you’re thanked when the people you share with join and stay. As a Community Ambassador you act as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Seeds of Success.
Participation is completely optional. Every SOS Membership stands on its own, and you never have to refer anyone to receive it.
02The Two Memberships
The SOS Membership is offered by SOS Abundance Exchange in two tiers. Both include your referral link.

04The Six Ways You Earn
The full plan below applies when you hold Full Access and the new member joins Full Access at $88. If either side holds the $33 Exchange Membership, the referral pays a one-time $10 and nothing more.
- $40Direct reward for each person who joins Full Access through your link.
- $10 / moDirect monthly for each of your direct Full Access members, every month they stay active.
- $20Second generation when someone you brought in brings someone into Full Access. If the person between you holds an Exchange Membership, the reward goes around them to you: they receive their $10, and you still receive your second-generation rewards.
- $5 / moSecond-generation monthly for each of those members, every month they stay active.
- $50 → $200Constellation bonus for each full constellation (12: your 3 and their 9): $50 for your 1st (Commander), $100 for the 2nd (Captain), $150 for the 3rd (Rear Admiral), $200 for the 4th and every one after.
- 5–15%Profit-sharing pool: you draw a tier percentage of the monthly pool. Tier 1 (100 active team members) 5%, Tier 2 (250) 8%, Tier 3 (500) 12%, Tier 4 (750) 15%. Qualifying takes four Captains on balanced legs (see §11).
05The 7-Day Key
No affiliate reward is paid until you have completed the 7-Day Unscripted You Mindset Reset, 100%. It’s open to every member, Exchange and Full Access alike, from day one. Lessons release one per day, so it takes at least seven days. Rewards you earn before you finish are held, with a notification, and released once it’s complete.
The 7-Day Key applies only to affiliate rewards. You never need it to list, run, or sell through your storefront.
06How Referrals Are Tracked
Referrals are tracked by a 60-day link window. You receive credit when a person you referred joins within 60 days of clicking your referral link. Credit attaches to the link, not to a verbal claim, so share your link rather than relying on word of mouth alone.
Tracking only opens the door. The 7-Day Key still decides when a reward is paid.
07Payout Schedule
- Sunday – SaturdayEarning week. All the referrals that come in that week.
- Sunday – TuesdayReview days. Each payout is checked, including your 7-Day completion.
- Every WednesdayPayday. Approved direct, second-generation, and constellation rewards are sent to the Payment Email in your Affiliate Dashboard.
- Once a MonthMonthly rewards ($10 / $5) and the profit-sharing pool share, paid on a Wednesday payday.
08Service Fees & Sales Tax
Every membership purchase and every monthly renewal, on both tiers, includes a service fee of 3.5% + $0.35, which covers payment processing. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Storefronts are subject to Texas sales tax. For an Exchange Membership, tax is calculated on the membership price plus the service fee, at the rate in effect for your location, at purchase and at every monthly renewal. For a Full Access Membership, the storefront portion is stated separately on your receipt and taxed the same way. Education is not taxed.
09Refunds & Reversals
The $88 Full Access Membership may be refunded within 5 days of registration. The $33 Exchange Membership may be refunded within 72 hours. Service fees are non-refundable. Any refund, chargeback, or payment reversal cancels the rewards tied to that membership.
10The Profit-Sharing Pool
Seeds of Success sets aside $3 from every active Full Access membership into the pool each month. Each qualifying Community Ambassador draws their own tier percentage: 5%, 8%, 12%, or 15%. Because teams overlap, if the qualifying shares add up to more than the pool in any month, every share is reduced proportionally, so the pool is never overdrawn. The pool is recalculated fresh each month and does not roll over. Whatever is not drawn flows to the SOS Mycelium Network to fund the SOS Prepaid Scholarship.
11Qualifying for the Pool & Staying Active
To draw the pool, you need four direct Full Access members who have each reached Captain: four legs, each with two complete constellations. A Captain’s leg holds at least 25 people (the Captain, their 6, and those 6 members’ 3 each), so four Captains make your first 100. Higher tiers keep the same four legs, spread evenly.

- Tier 3 · 500At least 125 in each leg.
- Tier 4 · 750At least 188 in each leg.
The balance is the point. It keeps you turned back toward the people you brought in, helping each constellation broaden, instead of racing ahead and leaving them behind. If a leg falls short or your team dips below its tier, you have a 7-day grace window to rebuild. Requalify within 7 days and your share continues. If not, that month’s share pauses, and it returns the moment you requalify.
Compression. When a member is inactive for 33 consecutive days, the active members below them move up one generation. No one who is still walking the path is stranded.
A Community Ambassador inactive for 33 consecutive days forfeits pending and monthly rewards. When they return, they return fresh.
12Fair Play
No self-enrollment, duplicate or fictitious accounts, or gamed completions. Rewards exist to move real people through a real process. Any attempt to simulate that voids the associated earnings and may end your participation.
13Marketing & Income Claims
When you share Seeds of Success, you agree not to: promise or imply guaranteed income; present SOS as a job, franchise, or investment; use deceptive or “get rich quick” marketing; or run paid ads using the Seeds of Success name or branding without written permission.
Speak from your own real experience and point people to the Earnings Disclaimer below. Misleading claims can void your earnings and end your participation, and they put the whole community at risk.
14Income Taxes
Community Ambassadors are independent contractors responsible for their own income taxes. Seeds of Success issues a 1099-NEC to any U.S. Community Ambassador paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year.
15Changes & Ending Participation
Seeds of Success may adjust the rewards, ranks, tiers, fees, or schedule with advance notice to active members. Participation may be suspended or ended for fraud, chargeback abuse, disparagement of the community, or breach of these terms.
Earnings Disclaimer
All figures in program materials are illustrative examples, not guarantees. Your earnings depend on your own effort, on who joins, and on how long they stay, not on sharing alone. Your participation can offset your membership investment as you help others enter the system; it is never promised to make your membership free.
