01The Nature of This Program

The Multiplier Effect rewards participation, not recruitment. You earn by helping people enter, engage, and complete the Seeds of Success experience — every reward is tied to a completion milestone, never to a signature alone. As a Study Buddy or Community Ambassador you act as an independent contractor — not an employee, partner, or agent of Seeds of Success.

02The Five Ways You Earn

• $40Direct enrollment — each study buddy you personally enroll, paid after they complete the 7-Day reset.
• $11 / moDirect residual — for each active direct enrollee.
• $20 + $5/moSecond generation — when someone your enrollee brings completes the reset, plus $5/month while active.
• $25 → $55Constellation bonus — each full constellation (12: your 3 and their 9): $25 for your 1st, $35 for the 2nd, $45 for the 3rd, $55 for the 4th and beyond.
• 1–4%Global pool share — Ambassadors draw a tier percentage of the monthly pool: Tier 1 (100) 1%, Tier 2 (250) 2%, Tier 3 (500) 3%, Tier 4 (750) 4%.

03The Completion Gate

No commission unlocks until the referred person completes the 7-Day Mind Shift reset. Lessons release one per day, so completion takes a minimum of seven days. This gate applies to every earning type — a signup alone never pays.

04How Referrals Are Tracked

Referrals are tracked by a 30-day link window. You receive credit when a person you referred enrolls within 30 days of clicking your referral link. Credit attaches to the link, not to a verbal claim — so share your link, don’t rely on word of mouth.

Tracking only opens the door — the Completion Gate above still decides whether a commission is ever paid.

05Payout Schedule

• New MoonRegistration opens each month.
• Full MoonFirst class of the month meets.
• Every ThursdayReferral pay. The referred person must finish their 7-Day by Tuesday 11:59 PM to make that week’s run.
• Same ThursdayConstellation bonuses — complete by Tuesday, paid that Thursday.
• 2nd ThursdayResidual ($11 / $5) — once a month.
• 3rd ThursdayAmbassador’s Day (pool share) — you qualify only if both you and your referred person have completed the 7-Day.

06Refunds & Reversals

Members may request a refund within 72 hours of registration. Because lessons release one per day and commissions are gated on 7-Day completion, no referral bonus is ever paid inside the refund window — the timing protects the pool. Any later chargeback or payment reversal cancels the commissions tied to it.

07The Ambassador Pool

The company reserves $3 per enrolled student into the global pool each month. Ambassadors draw their tier percentage of that pool, capped at 15% per ambassador so no single person can drain it. The pool is recalculated fresh each month from active enrollment and does not roll over.

08Staying Active

To draw the pool each month, maintain one of: 100 active students, or 5 new enrollments that month.

Grace: you may drop to 80 active students for up to 30 days; by the following month you must return to 100 active (or 5 new) or lose that month’s pool eligibility. Eligibility returns the moment you requalify. An affiliate inactive for 33 consecutive days forfeits pending and residual earnings.

09Fair Play

No self-enrollment, duplicate or fictitious accounts, or gamed completions. Rewards exist to move real people through a real process; any attempt to simulate that voids the associated earnings and may end your participation.

10Marketing & Income Claims

When you share Seeds of Success, you agree not to: promise or imply guaranteed income; present SOS as a job, franchise, or investment; use deceptive or “get rich quick” marketing; or run paid ads using the Seeds of Success name or branding without written permission.

Speak from your own real experience and point people to the Earnings Disclaimer below. Misleading claims can void your earnings and end your participation — and they put the whole community at risk.

11Taxes

Study Buddies and Ambassadors are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes. Seeds of Success issues a 1099-NEC to any U.S. affiliate paid more than $600 in a calendar year.

12Changes & Ending Participation

Seeds of Success may adjust the compensation plan, tiers, or schedule with advance notice to active members. Participation may be suspended or ended for fraud, chargeback abuse, disparagement of the community, or breach of these terms.
